With Arend Jan Hensen, it makes the third generation to serve the field of expertise of Safety and Safe operations.
In chronical order it is Henk Hensen who has grown out the global leading expert in safe tugboat operations and harbour approach and manouvring.
In his footsteps, inspired by the maritime industry and his Father’s expertise, Jan Hendrik founded Fathom to share his expertise on Health , Safety, Environment, Quality Assurance and Crisis Management.
Recently Arend Jan as student Security studies (University of Leiden) initiated a start-up making educational Safety movies and company films to raising people awareness for unsafe acts and situations.
