- Senior HSE Engineer at ALLSEAS Engineering B.V. for Southeast Gateway Pipeline, 700-kilometre of 36-inch natural gas pipeline (2023 – 2025, offshore Mexican Waters)
- SHE-QA specialist at BIGLIFT SHIPPING B.V. for the Baltic Eagle windfarm (Germany) project and the St. Brieuc windfarm (France) project (2022-2023)
- Project Quality Manager for the Offshore Windfarm Project Ostwind 2 (Baltic Sea) on behalf of BOSKALIS (2019 – 2020, The Netherlands / Germany. Project carried out as partner of Quattor P – quattorp.com)
- Project HSE Manager for the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline. On behalf of MCS (2017-2019, the Netherlands/Russia)
- Project HSE-QA Manager at BIGROLL, a Joint Venture established by BIGLIFT and ROLLDOCK specifically for the YAMAL LNG (Russia) project (2015 – 2016, the Netherlands)

IMPROVEMENT MANAGEMENT
- Commissioned by ENECO Wind Offshore Operation (EWOO), restructuring and upgrading emergency response documentation and processes on which the EWOO’s emergency response organization works with in case of emergencies. (2021-2022, The Netherlands)
- Commissioned by the PORT OF ROTTERDAM, preparing, and facilitating an assessment of factors that contributed to the incident with m.v. Bow Jubail in the Port of Rotterdam. Sessions with interested parties and stakeholders were held, resulting in advice on how to prevent similar incidents in the future. (2019, the Netherlands. Project carried out as partner of Quattor P – quattorp.com)
- Commissioned by KOTUG, management of a project to improve their SHE-QA management system and to raise the level of process control up to the so-called “Offshore Standard” (2012 – the Netherlands)
- Commissioned by the Joint Venture BOSKALIS – SCALDIS Salvage & Marine Contractors N.V., which was established for a decommissioning project at the North Sea. We designed and implemented a tailored Management of Change (MoC) process, and advised on re-instating clarity and transparency in working processes, tasks, responsibilities and communication lines (2018 – 2019 – the Netherlands)
- Commissioned by SCALDIS Salvage & Marine Contractors N.V. to redesign and implement the Permit to Work and Lockout & Tagout process as used on board of their international operating DP2 Heavy Lift Vessel Gulliver (2019 – the Netherlands)
MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
- Leading ECE OFFSHORE B.V. towards external certification of their management system against the ISO 45001 standard and upgrading their ISO 9001 management system (2022 – 2023, the Netherlands).
- Redesign of the SHE-QA management system for BIGLIFT Shipping B.V., based on their needs and the requirements prescribed by the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard (2014 – 2017, the Netherlands)
- Internal Audits on Quality Management System for multiple companies in the Netherlands such as SKYDEC.
PROJECT DOCUMENTATION
- Development of Emergency Response documentation for SEAWAY 7 and their subcontractors, commissioned by SEAWAY 7 for the Offshore Windfarm Project Hollandse Kust Zuid (HKZ) (2021 – the Netherlands)
- For numerous projects, among other things the Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, tailored management plans were developed (e.g., Health, Safety – and Environmental Management Plans, Quality Management Plans)
TENDER MANAGEMENT
- For numerous companies we managed and wrote (often winning) tenders for large scale projects that cover multiple aspects of HSE-QA, such as Shell Brunei Petroleum for KOTUG (2012 – the Netherlands) and Woodside Energy Ltd. for BOSKALIS (2019 – the Netherlands, projects carried out as partner of Quattor P – quattorp.com)
